A news station in San Fransisco recieves a letter from a "Dr. Bad Vibes"; at noon, his Earthquake Machine will reduce The City That Knows How to rubble. Is his threat genuine? Bruce Banner and Eddie Brock are determined to find out... as soon as they stop trying to beat each other up!
